Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIB) work should never be a trade secret. The more we share, the more we progress together.

At Holler, we wanted to be transparent about everything we were doing internally (the stuff that worked and didn’t!) to create a more inclusive workplace. In that spirit, we tried to find an open-sourced space for idea sharing between companies like ours, but found that nothing quite like it existed. So we thought, why don’t we build it?

DIB Source is a space that allows us to be super transparent about what we’re learning and doing at Holler, but also empowers other companies to share their unique ideas and learnings about DIB.
