Holler Technologies, Inc. (“Holler,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides development and data tools to messaging services and applications with messaging functionality. This Privacy Statement explains howHoller collects, uses, and discloses information about you when you access or use our website located at,and other products and services that link to this Privacy Policy  (collectively, the “Services”).

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time.  If we make changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on the Services; the “Last Updated” legend above indicates when this Privacy Policy was last revised. In some cases, we may provide you with additional notice, such as adding a statement to our home page or sending an email notification to you. Any changes will become effective when we post the revised Privacy Policy. Your use of the Services following such changes means that you acknowledge the updated Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Statement does not apply to the practices of third parties that we do not own or control. This Privacy Policy also does not apply to information collected under other contractual agreements, including agreements with service providers or business contacts of Holler. Collection of Information

Information You Provide to Us
We collect information that you provide directly to us. For example, we collect information when you participate in any interactive features of the Services including engaging with our website(s), filling out a form or other questionnaire, communicating with us via third party social media sites, requesting customer or technical support or otherwise communicating with us. The types of information we may collect include your name, email address, job title, company name and type, form answers, social media handles, and any other information you choose to provide.

Information We Collect Automatically When You Use Our Services
When you access or use the Services, we automatically collect information about you, including the following:

  • Activity Information: We collect information about your activity on our Services, such as the search terms you enter or the types of content you view or engage with.
  • Device and Usage Information:  We collect information about how you access our Services, including data about the device and network you use, such as your hardware model, operating system version, mobile network, IP address, unique device identifiers, browser type, and app version. We also collect information about your activity on our Services, such as access times, pages viewed, links clicked, and the page you visited before navigating to our Services.

We may derive information or draw inferences from you based on the information we or our partners collect. For example, we may make inferences about your approximate location based on your IP address.

Use of Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain and improve our Services;
  • Deliver the products and Services you request, or that are reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship;
  • If you complete the Share Ideas form, to capture your idea, approve it andpublish it within the Share Ideas page;
  • If you complete the Share Ideas form, to capture your email address so we can contact you for clarification and/or to discuss edits before your idea is published;
  • Send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages and to respond to your comments, questions, and customer service requests;
  • Communicate with you about products, services, and events offered by Holler, and provide news and information we think will be of interest to you (see Your Choices below for information about how to opt out of these communications at any time);
  • Monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with our Services;
  • Personalize your online experience and the advertisements you see when you use our Services or third-party platforms based on your preferences, interests, and browsing and purchasing behavior and audit your interactions with our online ads, including by counting ad impressions and verifying positioning and quality of ad impressions;
  • Conduct internal research and development and make business decisions about current and future product and service offerings;

  • Detect, protect against and prevent security incidents and other malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, and protect the rights and property of Holler and others, and provide other security protections, such as identity verification;

  • Debug to identify and repair errors in our Services;

  • Comply with our legal and financial obligations;

  • Enforce our policies, terms and conditions, or other agreements;

  • Defend against or pursue claims, disputes, or litigation – in court or elsewhere;

  • For reasonable internal uses that are aligned with your relationship with us and the context in which we collected the information; and

  • Carry out any other purpose described to you at the time the information was collected.

Sharing of Information

We will not share your information except in the following circumstances:

  • With vendors, service providers, and consultants that need access to personal information in order to perform services for us, such as companies that assist us with analytics services;
  • Between and among Holler and our current and future parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under common control and ownership with Holler;
  • In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, acquisition, consolidation, change of control or sale of all or a portion of our assets or if we undergo bankruptcy or liquidation;
  • In response to a request for information (e.g., a court order or subpoena), if we believe disclosure is in accordance with, or required by, any applicable law or legal process, including lawful requests by public authorities to meet national security or law enforcement requirements;
  • If we believe your actions are inconsistent with our user agreements or policies, if we believe you have violated the law, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of Holler or others;
  • With our lawyers and other professional advisors where necessary to obtain advice or otherwise protect and manage our business interests
  • If we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding situations that involve abuse of the Services infrastructure or the Internet in general (such as voluminous spamming, denial of service attacks, or attempts to compromise the security of the website infrastructure or the Services generally);

We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Advertising and Analytics Services Provided by Others

We may, or we may allow others to, provide analytics services and serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet and in mobile applications. We or these entities may use cookies, web beacons, device or advertising identifiers and other technologies to collect information about your use of the Services, including your IP address, web browser, mobile network information, pages viewed, time spent on pages or in applications, links clicked and conversion information. Transfer of Information to the U.S. and Other Countries

The California Consumer Privacy Act or "CCPA" (California Civil Code Section 1798.100 et seq) affords consumers residing in California certain rights with respect to their personal information.  If you are a California resident, this section applies to you.
